Better Home is hiring the following position:

- Electrical Team Leader Technical Office Engineer.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering.
- 10-12 years of experience.
- Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural and mechanical design drawings.
-Compare contractors’ offers and select the best offer technically and financially.
-Perform site visits to supervise and monitor work progress, ensure quality and solve problems.
- Monitor work completion according to time schedule, budget and contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure work compliance with safety standards, codes, specs and method of installment.
-Provide technical advice for value engineering.
- Revise and approve payments documents as per contract terms.
- Evaluate contractors’ performance according to contract terms and conditions.
- Review and approve As-built drawings.
- Archive documents and catalogues related to electrical works for each project.
- Prepare reports of preliminary handing over and related documents.
- Follow up with operator during warranty period till final hand over.
