Position: Junior Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1) Work on product routing design and provide comprehensive overviews to streamline manufacturing processes.
2) Conduct filming and analysis of manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
3) Perform waste analysis to reduce motion wastage and enhance resource utilization.
4) Implement standard labor rating methodologies to accurately assess product manufacturing time
5) Review and optimize products routings to improve productivity and reduce lead times.
6) Develop apps to ease routing process estimation (using application like power app)

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial Engineering 2:3 years of experience
2) Extensive experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, particularly in steel manufacturing.
3) Proficiency in standard labor rating methodologies and motion and time studies principles.
4) Experience in developing Power Apps for process improvement and data analysis.
5) Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
6) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7) Team worker with excellent communications
