Projects Director
Job Description
- Responsible for establishing and running the Projects Management Office with the obiective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a 'best-practice' Project Implementation Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality:
- Project Management for all projects stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Cost Management including Cost Estimates, Budgeting and Cost Control.
- Managing the financial aspects of the project, including estimating costs, monitoring and controlling Cash Flow, controlling Budget and reviewing Contractors' Payments.
- Time Management including reviewing, developing and tracking Project Time Schedules.
- Regular Sites Supervision on the progress of work and coordination between different consultant and contractor along with the project managers.
- Quality Management including Control and Assurance.
- Value Engineering for the main activities in the project.
- Procurement Management including negotiations process, preparing Contracts and Agreements.
- Reviewing contracts according to FIDIC's latest edition.
- Design Development of architectural drawings to fulfill project requirements.
- Reviewing Tenders documents, Specs and BOQs.
- Ensuring Safety Procedures and Requirements according to HSE international regulations.
- Typically reports to top management.
Job Requirements
- BSc. furniture Production Engineering
- PMP is A Must
- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer
- Required years of experience: +10 years
