Job Description
We are hiring a highly capable 𝐇𝐑 Specialist to join our team and
provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department At 𝐁𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐲𝐚 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 - 𝐙𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡
You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization.
Job Description :
* Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
* Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new information or changes.
* Follow up and reports of the attendance of employees.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
* From 1 to 2 Years of Experience in the same field
* Good knowledge of labor legislation
* Experience using MS office
* Organizational skills
* Can join immediately is a Preferred
