WE'RE HIRING:
SALES BACK OFFICE CONTRACTS EXECUTIVE
1-3 years of experience
Job Scope:
-Review & finalize all pending issues related to sales contracts.
-Submit all ready contracts to MV finance within the agreed timeframe.
-Notify Mountain View clients by their contract readiness.
-Meet clients at Mountain View premises to handover the contracts.
-Manage contracts delivery process by runner or external courier. Handle service requests to customer service & call center teams.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Soft Skills:
-Microsoft office (excel & word).
-Written and verbal communication skills.
