Mechanical Technical Office Engineer - BIM

Jobs Description
- Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings.
- Discuss and suggest technical proposals for design drawings and resolve conflicts between drawings.
- Coordinate MEP work with other disciplines.
- Prepare QS for implemented activities.
- Deal with the main consultant.
- Reviews preliminary designs, working drawings, and specifications.
- Check quantity surveying works and materials take-off.

Requirements
- 3: 5 years of experience.
- Mechanical Engineering Bachelor is a must.
- A Professional user of Revit is a must.
- Contractor background is required.
- Experience in MEP Shop drawing and QS.
- Technical Office-related software skills are required.
