CPM (Construction & Project Management Consultancy) is hiring:

Contract Engineer.

Requirements
- Bachelor of civil engineering or architecture.
- + 3 years’ experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge in contracts drafting in both Arabic and English.
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Preferably good knowledge "PRMG"
- Preferably good knowledge "CLAC 30"
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good Command of English Language “Spoken and Written”.

Job Description
- Assisting contract drafting and its requirements document in Arabic and English.
- Study and review claims and variations jointly with site team.
- Preparing and drafting contractual correspondences.
- Review the contracts and risk assessment.

Work conditions
- Working location at head office “Nasr City”.
- From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- 2 Days off
