Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

•Sourcing new suppliers.
•Negotiating prices, payment term, and lead time.
•Follow up POs till receiving in warehouse.
•Coordinate with QC any supplier’s complaint.
•Coordinate with marketing any printing trial.
•Coordinate with planning delivery orders and manage any emergency orders.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
•1-3 years of experience, Preferably in FMCG industry.
•Supplier Evaluation and contracting negotiation skills
•Strong Analytical Skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities
•Experience with procurement software and systems is a plus
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
