EHAF Consulting Engineers Egypt Branch is looking for the following positions: 
1-Senior QS and Specifications Structure Engineer.
2-Senior QS and Specifications Architecture.

Job Description:
- Coordinate and review a team of junior engineers’ work. 
- Analyze the design drawings and perform quantity take-off from detailed design drawings.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines’ teams (Architecture–Interior Design) to finalize tender package.
- Prepare bill of quantities according to CSI standards.
- Prepare method of measurement according to (NRM) standards.
- Prepare technical specifications according to CSI master format.  
- Reply contractors’ queries for RFIs.
- Contact suppliers to research and obtain updates in material specifications and execution techniques to update technical specification and match it to local market.
- Prepare and update company’s vendor database.

Requirements:
- Proficiency with REVIT
- Required years of experience: From 7 -10 Years of Experience.
