Customer service

_Responsibilities

•  After sale services, contact with all customers starting from the day receiving the contract
•  Send all constructions updates.
•  Handling all existing clients’ requests (contract amendments, resell, payment special request)
•  Receive client’s request/ complain transferred from hotline or SM and handle it by getting an answer from the concerned department and follow it up as well.
•  Should be responsible of the handovers upon completing the project
Follow up on clients collection status in coordination with accounting dept.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Developing, maintaining and demonstrating a basic knowledge of our client’s current products and services; maintaining confidentiality when handling customer requests and transactions.

** Qualifications:
3_5 years experience
_Bachelor degree
-Good command in MS Office
-Familiar with CRM systems and practices
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Quality control
