We are hiring "Technical Client Relations Engineer"
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling Site Visits for potential clients and existing clients.
- Build a strong relation of trust by professionally answering all customer Technical inquiries.
- Follow up and update the client with the construction progress till the handover stage.
- Make site inspections.
- Coordinate with the concerned internal departments to resolve customer issues and get the required information.
- Handling frustrated clients and their complaints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of engineering Architectural \ Civil.
- 0 to 2 years of experience. Prefer Real Estate background
- Communication skills, or CRM experience.
