Position: Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer
Location: Ain El Sokhna

Duties :
· Review and fully understand all of the project documents (schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.) related to the Mechanical scope of works, tracking, and monitoring of changes.
· Study, prepare & review requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
· Prepare & review estimates of accurate costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts and maintain the tendering process.
· Prepare & review material submittal from different manufacturers/suppliers to comply with project specs.
· Prepare & review shop drawings and coordination drawings (or composite drawings) based on the project’s design drawings with quality standards.
· Review sub-contractors. shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
· Obtain and assemble all technical information, data, and drawings needed from relevant departments for full coordination of Shop Drawing across the Civil/Structure, Architectural, and Mechanical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) architectural designs.
· Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solutions.
· Support and supervise Junior technical office engineers to provide technical assistance and/or review, verify, and check drawings,
· Report to the team leader, frequently, the project’s technical progress and performance with regards to Shop Drawing and Design.
· Preparing/reviewing Invoices of sub-contractors according to their contracts.

Qualification Required:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Energy)
· 6+ years ( Technical office engineer).
· Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, DIAlux, BIM &ETAP
· Very Good command of English
