ElSewedy Engineering Industries SEI is hiring “Senior Planning Engineer.”
Site located in Nasr city.
Job Description
- Prepare realistic project schedule using appropriate too such as Primavera and MS project.
- Prepare competitive bids for new projects.
- Calculate optimal material requirement, manpower requirement for each stage of the project.
- Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan
- Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed
- Create cash flow forecasts for each project
- Coordinate with the client to ensure efficient execution for the project
- Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
- Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance - usually earned value)
- Method (EMV) is used for this at various stages of the project to analyse deviations
- Create project closing reports with continuous improvement

- Job Requirements: -
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Arch engineering
- Experience not less than 5 years
- Very good communication skills, Time management & Decision Making
- Primavera is a Must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
