Etmana is hiring Now a Senior Accountant with the below Job Description .
Retail background is a Must

Duties & Responsibilities:
·        Generate and deliver invoices to company vendors
·        Follow-up on payments with customers based on agreed payment terms
·        Prepare Value added Tax statements on monthly basis
·        Control Warehouse inventory
·        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
·        Manage company expenses (petty cash settlements, water & electricity etc.)
·        Ensure customers payments are fulfilled within the time frame
·        Keep track record of financial transactions for deposit accounts & credit cards
·        Keep track record of cash flow
·        Prepare and present required reports (vat report-cash flow, monthly vat report -audit report -Tax Examination report)
·        Receive and verify vendors Invoice & payments
·        Keep Track of received invoices and payments and ensure payment in due time
·        Provide supporting documents for annual audit

Required Skills & Qualifications:
·        Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
·        CFA /CPA certificates are preferred
·        Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar position
·        Proficiency in Computer skills
·        Knowledge of accounting software
·        Strong mathematical skills
·        Very good English skills
·        Attention to details
·        Time Management & Problem-Solving skills
·        Strong Communication Skills
