WE ARE HIRING:
FINANCIAL ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Monthly reports (Actual vs. Budget). - Prepare monthly analysis reports as per department.
Assist in Quarterly reports (Actual vs. Budget). Prepare the Monthly project cash flow.
- Prepare the Monthly consolidated cash flow. Prepare and report the annual budget and Business Plan.
- Monitor purchase orders.
-Monitor purchase requests and contract requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance "planning, analysis and modelling" with a background in real estate development.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Spreadsheet.
-Excellent knowledge of English.
