Scope of Work:
- Respond to all the it Ticketing System
- Install Computer Applications and Operating Systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain all types of computer H/W
- Support Users Email Access and troubleshooting

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Information Technology, Computer Science)
- Knowledge of 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝟑𝟔𝟓,
- Microsoft Servers and Microsoft Technology Associate(MTA)
- CCNA
- ITIL Foundation
