Job Description
Kandil Egypt is hiring:
HR specialist.
Main Duties:
Calculate and process employee wages, bonuses, and commissions based on company policies and regulate.
Maintain accurate records of employee payroll information such as salary changes, benefit deductions, and tax withholding.
Collaborate with HR personnel to ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and policies.
Develop and maintain payroll procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Managing health and life insurance programs.
Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
Experience 1- 2 years in HR.
Proficiency in MS Office & HR diploma is a plus .
