Monitor project/projects at different stages from Owner’s representative

- Prepare RFP for the projects.

- Prepare contracts and define objectives for consultants.

- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress and track project performance.

- Design development: Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s, building’s usage.

- Review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents.
