Job Description

rmc is seeking highly motivated Senior Architect (Site & Technical Office) Engineer to join its progressive practice working on large, complex and high value projects.

Responsibilities:
· Study the architectural project documents and establish the construction input as per the specifications
· Reporting to the Resident Engineer for all the site undertakings and progress
· Review and approve the technical transmittals (QC Plan, Shop Drawings, Methods, ITPs, MIRs, MARs, RFIs, RFPs, and As Built)
· Supervision and following up of all architectural works Specifications and Standards for the following:
- Masonry and Plaster
- Marbles and Ceramic works
- Woodwork
- Gypsum board works
- Cladding works
- Curtain walls
- All types of waterproofing
- All others architectural works
· Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
· Manage the architectural supervision staff to perform the supervision as per the approved quality plan
· Lead the contactor to ensure that the finishes work is implemented as per the specifications
· Provide full coordination with all trades
· Attend the regular meetings for progress, technical, and Q.C. with all parties
· Discuss and resolve all the architectural queries
· Ensure that the works are performed at the required quality standards
· Issuing of Site Memo’s and NCR’s to the contractor
· Fully conversant with all closing project procedures
· Complete knowledgeable with safety regulations
Requirements:
· Architectural degree with +10 years of experience post-graduation
· Experience on all phases and aspects of small to moderate scale projects required
· Work history in Residential, Offices Buildings, and University Buildings
· Proficient in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication in English
· Ability to work outside the Cairo Area
