HVAC Senior Design Engineer

DEPARTMENT: MEP

Experience: 10-15 years

Education: BSc. of Mechanical Power Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and detailed HVAC design drawings complete with technical reports and engineering calculations using all relevant software.
• Prepare tender documents and technical specifications as per international standards. Perform cooling load calculations using Carrier HAP program.
• Perform all duct and pipe sizing.
Familiar with ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
• Prepare data sheets, systems comparison reports, and bill of quantities.
• Can do proper selection of HVAC equipment.
• Previous experience of working in national and Gulf area projects is preferred.

Basic Skills:

• AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, HAP, Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading, writing and speaking).
• Excellent personal and communication skills.
