Job Description
We 're hiring:
" HR - Personnel Specialist "
Work location :- Head Office - Dokki
Job duties :-
- Receive and review required hiring documents from new employee as per labor law regulations.
- Complete the procedures for new hires and termination procedures.
- Handle all related tasks to social Insurance with forms number 1, 2 & 6.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
- Maintain and update staff database, and ensure reliable and accurate reporting.
- Deal with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them.
Job requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in commerce , business administration or any relevant.
- Experience from 2-3 years in the same field.
- Skilled in time management, problem solving and multi-tasking.
- Excellent computer skills
