Tendering Engineer
- BSc Civil/Arch Engineering
-3-5 years of experience in Construction field

Responsibilities:-
-Review and Studying the bid tender documents (Specifications, Drawings, BOQ, Method of measurements and Contracts) to take the project details into consideration..
-Reviewing the project and in case there are technical errors in the project, send them to the client for clarification.
-Coordinate with Procurement Department to collect prices for materials , subcontractors and equipments.
-Following and Preparing of request of quotations (RFQs) to be send to the suppliers and vendors.
-Reviewing and preparing of comparison sheets for selection of best vendor based on client’s requirements and projects specifications.
-Coordinate with Planning & financial department in preparing initial time schedule & Estimate cash flow taking.
-Preparing project direct cost breakdown structure.
-Evaluation of indirect cost and overhead for finalizing the pricing documents to be reviewed by management.
-Collect information about upon previous executed projects & recent available information, to Estimate dry cost for project.
-Preparing and reviewing the technical and commercial submittal with the Document control to be sent to clients.
-Follow up the submitted Tender.
