SoftTrend is hiring IT Specialiste.

Job Description:-

. Administrate Sophos Firewall, VOIP System, and other Systems.
. Monitor all live services/servers through the monitoring tools like (PRTG and the notifications services).
. Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
. Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
. Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
. High-level communication skills.

Education:-

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.

Experience:-
2+ years working as IT specialist.
