Customer Relations Officer is needed for immediate hiring at one of Mabany’s projects in Asyut with the below min. qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in real estate
Related Bachelor degree
Excellent command of English Language

DTR:
- Assist in the units' delivery process.
- Handle all project’s operations in case of complaints, collections to preserve customer retention.
- Follow up and record any technical notes mentioned by the customer ,cascade them to the authorized parties to resolve and then provide feedback.
- Respond to all clients' inquiries by understanding their problems, search for solutions in align with the company’s policies, then collect the required data to provide feedback to the clients’ and ensure their conviction of the solution.
- Record all proposals which have been submitted by the clients to improve the provided services.
- Measure customer satisfaction with the provided services
