Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for driving growth in the sales of TEPCO’s complete portfolio in the assigned territory/segment to both existing and new accounts and provide a customer service level that meets & exceeds customer's expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Early Identify & capitalize on opportunities/leads creating a proper pipeline of targeted projects.
- Track and influence projects from the pre-design stage to the Preventive maintenance stage.
- Communicate project status to all relevant parties & develop sales strategies to close orders.
- Gain an understanding of all account's needs & demonstrate how TEPCO Equipment can be utilized to their advantage.
- Expand the company's existing base of accounts/clients.
- Support marketing team by providing marketing intelligence data, attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing communication events.
- Discover and penetrate new markets.
- Coordinate and cooperate with other team members and other departments.
- Prepare and give technical presentations about TEPCO’s value proposition and products.
- secure an assigned annual target of sales orders
- secure an assigned annual target of payment collections and revenues.
Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in a sales position
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English language (written and spoken).
- Strong organization skills, flexibility, and the ability to set priorities.
- Willingness to travel
