Project  New Capital

MEPCommercial Contract Engineer
- Bachelor's degree specialized in one or more majors/trades in MEP, familiar with interfaces with each other.
- Skilled in one or more International Contracting (especially FIDIC) / Employer Claims Budget & Tendering.
- At least 5 years of working experience in projects or similar, understand and blend in the enterprise culture of CSCEC.
Mechanical Engineer (PL&FF)
- Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in mechanical engineering (plumbing or firefighting).
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the fields of MEP engineering and/or consulting in the mega project.
- Full experience in at least one mega buildings project (including test, balancing, and commissioning stages)
- Experience in MAT, MST, ITP, and RFI drafting

Electrical Engineer
- Familiar with MV and LV material/equipment, such as Ring Main Unit, Medium Voltage switchgear, generator, transformer, Switchboards (main distribution boards) panelboards, capacitor banks, UPS, cable, busway, etc.
- Familiar with ABB, Siemens, Schneider products, and other mainstream manufacturers of electrical materials/equipment.
- Relevant work experience in the fields of MEP engineering and/or consulting in the mega project.
Structured Cabling System Engineer
- Familiar with the structured cabling system, understanding the construction process of cable pulling, cabinet installation, outlet installation, patch panel installation, module installation, cable splicing /testing, etc.
- Familiarity with other low current systems such as data network systems, video surveillance systems, access control systems, IP telephone systems, etc. is also required, and preference will be given to those with the BICSI certificate.
