Job Description :
Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
Research and collect information
Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
Maintain meeting minutes
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Provide general support to visitors
typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, liaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses.
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
