A Reputable consultancy company is looking for the following positions:

– Planning Engineer (Head Office – Cairo based)

• 3 to 5 years of experience (Infrastructure experience is preferable)
• P6 Primavera & Excel is essential
• Review and give approval for Project time schedules during project phases
• Review resource allocation on time schedule
• Review Cash flow extracted from time schedule
• Review the periodical Schedule update during the project life,
• Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports

– Quantity Surveying Engineer (Site: Borg elarab – Alexandria based)

• 3 to 5 years of experience (Infrastructure experience is preferable)
• Review structural plans and prepare quantitative needs. BOQ setting.
• Track construction changes and update budgets, Negotiate with contractors and sub-contractors.
• Document Contracts & Subcontracts.
• Coordinate with site engineers and conduct field visits.
• Prepare payments to contractors and subcontractors.
• Document progress, materials, and reports related to the project.

– Sr.Civil Site Engineer (Site: Borg elarab – Alexandria based)

• 4 to 6 Years of experience
• Control and monitor the construction, technical departments, programming, scheduling methods, contractual issues.
• Compare the structural shop drawings with contract drawings, specifications, B.O.Q. and approved materials.
• Reviews and approves the As Built Drawings for final approval by and monitors all contractors’ submittals and shop drawings to maintain time management.
• Assists in preparing the Monthly Progress Reports.
• Holds meetings with the contractor’s representative to discuss and resolve all the structural queries.
• Assists in preparing the Final Acceptance and Completion Report.

– Jr. Civil Site Engineer (Site: Borg elarab – Alexandria based)

• BSC of Engineering “Civil/Construction”
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Quantity surveying.
• good understanding of technical drawings.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Good understanding of project management.
