The Waterway Developments is seeking to Hire a Quality Assurance and Control Manager Engineer with the below criteria:
Lead the Quality Team to achieve the QC Objectives in a project in accordance with company goals.
Establishing and developing Quality Management System in the project.
Achieve the Highest level of Quality for the final product to gain client satisfaction.
Cooperate with all parties to Expatiate the continuous improvement of the projects, systems & processes
Maintained, monitored, and ensured the highest quality in activities of the project.
Directed and assisted technical, and professional staff in measuring and testing all activities of the project.
Daily activities inspections on site.
Picking of non-conformities and issuing NCR and SOR.
Ensured and monitored the corrective and preventive actions being implemented for the closing.
Attended weekly quality meetings and discussed quality issues.
Prepared all related QA/QC documents
20 years of experience in the real estate or Construction field is a must
Good English Language proficiency.
