Architecture Technical Office Requirements: - Bachelor's degree of Architectural Engineering 

- Minimum 7 Years of Experience - Experience and Ability to 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐚 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 is a must Work Conditions:

 - Work location : New Capital City

 - Working hours : From 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM - Days off : 1 Days (Friday) - Attractive Packages 

Job description:

 - Implement and follow up the execution progress according to the targets and shop drawings.

 - Coordinate between the project warehouse and subcontractors to provide the needed building materials. 

- Assure the quality levels before the quality dep. Inspection to be ready for the consultant visit. 

- Manage the materials on site to prevent any damages or loses on building materials.

 - Manage the building materials requisitions with the store keepers according to the site needs.

 - Evaluate the subcontractor everyday (manpower, quality, attitude, time). 

- Responsible of the implementation of the HSE procedures on his area.
