Procurement Manager
 
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send out packages to potential Sub-contractors/Suppliers.
• Prepare comparative analysis of various offers for the same item and evaluate best offer.
• Negotiating supplier agreements and managing supplier and contractors contracts.
• Monitor what the company purchases, delivers to site and spends to determine if goods are defective or not meeting performance demands.
• Analyze information and make quick decisions is helpful for choosing suppliers.
• Prepare procurement log sheets for all projects required items.
•Manage the development & execution of the new improved procurement strategies.
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree of Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 9 to 12 years of experience.
