Kharafi National Egypt is hiring Senior planning & Cost Control engineer

with 7-9 years of planning and cost control experience for construction project in Cairo.
Interested candidates shall meet the following criteria:-
* Must have planning and cost control experience in Turnkey residential projects.
* Primavera advanced skills is must.
* Excel advanced skills is must.
* Reporting and presentation skills.
* Review contract conditions and Prepare Different claim strategies according to project requirement.
* Prepare Projects correspondence and Notices in accordance with contractual clauses.
* Delivering project controls services, taking responsibility for Turn key projects.
* Promptly notify project team of issues and concerns.
* Assessing the impact of design/construction changes and schedule slippages.
* Preparing extension of time claims, disruption claims and Prolongation claims.
* Preparing project budget and Cash flow.
* Preparing Variation orders.
* Monitoring and analyzing costs within each project stage.
* Following & Reviewing Projects commercial issues (Invoices, contractual obligations, Payments ..Etc)
In addition to
PSP,CCP Courses or certificates.
