Job Title: Treasury Accountant

Job qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in commerce.
-Very Good MS Office and English.
-Familiar with ERP system.
-3-5 years of experience in similar role.

Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare bank account reconciliations and ensure that these are reported timely.
-Allocate and offset collections against the receivable invoice.
-Book direct debits in the bank against LC against notes/deferred payable/ sight LC and book refinance against the same.
-Vigilance over continuous monitoring of bank account activities identify anomalous amounts hitting the account.
-Book bank charges as debiting directly to the bank
-You will prepare Treasury reports such as Daily cash position, Cash forecast, loans report, loan amortization schedule or any other report as may be required.
-Assisting external & internal auditors as may be required.
-Reviewing bank exposure on daily basis and updating the loan / LC schedule.
-Preparing information as may be required by the bank for loan requests/ & settlements.
