Job Description
“Recruitment Specialist
• Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria. using recruitment channels.
• Conducting the initial round of interviews & scheduling the short-listed candidates.
• Making all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies if needed. • Put the standard of the JD for all posts in the company.
• Has the required knowledge in regards to performance management and appraisal for both white and blue-collar.
• Aware of all related to ISO documents.
The successful candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• HR Diploma is preferable.
• 2 – 4 years of experience as a recruiter ( Construction or Steel field ) is preferable.
• Extensive experience in recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English language skills.
• Work under deadline pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with operating a personal computer and use of MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint ) and other required applications.
