Job Description :

  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for all correspondence 
  • Managing databases and filing systems 
  • Arrange Follow up sheet per customer 
  • Make phone calls in both Arabic and English Language 
  • Write professional e-mails/Letters in both Arabic and English Language 
  • Reminding the executive manager of important tasks and deadlines (maintaining agenda) 
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence 
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures & administrative systems 
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients • Miscellaneous tasks to support the executive manager, which will vary according to the project, for example: making specific search/ collecting data, information / …etc.

  • Fluent English (Write/Read/Speak)
  • Organized

  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to work under stress
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
