Retail Store Manager

Job Duties: 

• Completes store operational requirements. 
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. 
• Maintaining statistical and financial records. 
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in Banking Services / retail is a must. 
• Bachelor degree is a must. 
• 4 – 6 Experience in retail. 
• Sales Skills 
• Very good English & computer skills.
