IT Support Engineer

Main Job Duties: 

• Participate in project implementation and able to complete the different technical steps. 
• Working closely with the development team to understand the functional changes. 
• Provide custom training to clients on-site and via interactive and engaging web-conferencing.
• Perform client support telephonic, email or onsite. 
• Knowledge of IT architecture /infrastructure & SDLC practices. 
• Knowledge on Databases with Production support experience, Specifically MS SQL Server and TSQL.

Requirements: 

• Experience: 2-4 years in Technical software support.
