Assembly Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Mechanical Production engineer
• Years of Experience: More Than 7 Years

Responsibility 

• Insure safety instructions are fully applied and maintained in the assembly area 
• Manage and lead assembly manpower in order to achieve production plan 
• Maintain production reports are daily updated and verified 
• Share daily accurate reports to production manager 
• Lead assembly innovative projects to improve production process and increase quality level 
• Achieve quality targets, improve assembly process and increase productivity 
• Implement 5S basics and maintain the work standards 
• Co-operate with planning team to achieve production plan 
• Maneuver, utilize and lead manpower according to production plan 
• Manage training activities for subordinates for mindset change

Qualification: 

• Office Excel – Power Point 
• Presentation Skills 
• Good command of English (Reading, Writing) 
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
