Customer service

About the Job: 

• Deal with clients and support their needs 
• Close contracts and assist in closing deals 
• Respond to customer inquiries. 
• Insert customer data in CRM. 
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution. 
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards. 
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission. 
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions 
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

Requirements: 

• Real Estate Developer Background is a must. 
• New Cairo residence is a must. 
• (1-3) years experinace. 
• Excellent presentation/ communication/ negotiation & leadership skills/Target oriented.
