About the Job:
- Deal with clients and support their needs
- Close contracts and assist in closing deals
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Insert customer data in CRM.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
Requirements:
- Real Estate Developer Background is a must.
- New Cairo residence is a must.
- (1-3) years experinace.
- Excellent presentation/ communication/ negotiation & leadership skills/Target oriented.
