Requirements :
- BSc engineering is preferred .
- 2- 4 years of experience in the IT Help Desk .
- Hardware issues troubleshooting.
- Microsoft products support (Win 10 , Office , SQL , Server 2012, Server 2016)
- Very good English Level written & spoken and read.
- Giza residents preferred.
- Males only.
