📌 Procurement Officer
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒚 :
- Purchase Requisitions – Communicating with End users to get all details and /or missing specifications and technical recommendations.
-Purchase orders – Communicating suppliers, getting offers, preparing comparisons, recommending the more economic offer delivering the high quality on the best time and releasing orders, following deliveries, arranging payment, and handling issues of dispute with suppliers regarding all NCR and keeping archive a filling of all related work.
-Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, - purchasing and resource planning systems
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred
- Experience with using SAP system is a must
- Background in heavy industries or Oil & Gas
- Experience Needed: 3 to 5 years

📍 Job Location & Accommodation:

• Work Schedule: (20 days on / 10 days off)
