ACO Construction Is Hiring a Senior Cost Control Engineer to join our team at the Head Office in 6th of October City.

Job Description:
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
Track actual costs vs. planned budgets and analyze variances.
Prepare periodic cost reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Evaluate and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
Handle change orders and assess their impact on project cost.
Collaborate with project managers, planning, procurement, and finance teams.
Support tendering team with cost data for future pricing.
Maintain and update cost databases and historical records.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Cost Control for construction projects.
Proficient in Excel, cost control tools, and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
