Site Technical Engineer Fit out Projects / New Capital/ VAI 4T1/4T4

Qualifications

- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.

- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

- Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. 
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Strong project management skills

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture
- Proficiency in revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit out projects and interior decoration, preferably in a senior or lead role.
