Tendering Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
· Tender Preparation: Develop and prepare tender documents, including design documents, drawings, specifications, data sheets, and calculations.
· Bidding Process: Manage the bidding process by sending Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Evaluation: Receive and evaluate quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and prepare comparison sheets for rates provided.
· Documentation: Maintain records throughout the bidding process to ensure traceability.
·Clarification Meetings: Attend clarification meetings with project owners and provide necessary guidance.
· Project Management: Divide the project into packages and manage the project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final direct cost complies with project documents and report any deviations.
Qualifications:
·Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil / architectural/electrical / mechanical- engineering.
·Experience: 6+ years of experience in a tendering role, with on-site experience being preferable.
·Skills: Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD), excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
Work Conditions and benefits:
 - Working days (From Sunday to Thursday).
 - working hours (From 8:30 AM to 6 PM).
