Nations Of Sky is hiring a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team immediately!

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university.
• Experience from 10 to 15 years in the same field (prefer Real Estate background).
• Excellent knowledge of FIDIC, Governmental rules for construction & Egyptian regulations for tendering.
• Executing contracts in English & Arabic languages • Accurate & focusing into contract details
• Excellent communication skills & strong market data base.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of RFP’s related to Contract terms & Conditions.
• Participate in the negotiations process to reach best terms with the selected bidder.
• Participate in the preparation of internal memo’s for top management approvals.
• Coordinate with other projects department in the preparation of Contract by implementing all their notes & requirements in the final agreement form. • Full preparation of Contract Agreement, Particular conditions, LD’s analysis, PO’S & WO’s by English & Arabic language.
• Complying with group forms and processes to ensure internal approvals are obtained in accordance with group policies and the delegation of authorities.
• Forecasts any potential contractual issues, solving problems and mitigates claims.
