" Head of Engineering "

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the engineering department across all company projects.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, and administrative developments.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and compliance with regulations.
• Report directly to upper management and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 20 years of experience.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, building standards, and engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
