We are looking for a Senior Civil Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Cairo with the following qualifications:

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in Technical Office operations, with a focus on flooring systems and waterproofing.
- In-depth knowledge of flooring systems and waterproofing materials (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane, cementitious coatings, bituminous membranes, etc.).
- Proven experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and contract management.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Having a car is preferred.
