Kathb, a leading Saudi company in interior design, fit-out, and renovation, is expanding its creative team in Cairo! We’re looking for a highly talented Senior Interior Designer/Architect with a passion for innovation and a strong background in delivering outstanding commercial, governmental, and residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and functional design concepts.
Prepare mood boards, space plans, and FF&E schedules.
Create high-quality 3D visuals using SketchUp/3ds Max & V-Ray.
Prepare DD and CD packages using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate with MEP and Technical teams.
Present design ideas clearly and effectively.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Revit.
Strong portfolio showcasing fit-out projects.
Excellent design sensibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points for:
Advanced Revit skills.
Experience with FF&E packages.
Adobe Suite knowledge (Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience in Saudi/GCC projects.
