• Requires engineering knowledge in civil, electrical, mechanical, or a related field. 
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft project management and Primavera, etc. 
• Experience of making detailed resource histograms for at least several projects. 
• Strong communicator and provocative.
• Problem solving skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Time management skills.
