 Job Description
As a Production Engineer, you will:
* Plan and organize production schedules.
* Develop and implement production plans, workflows, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Monitor production metrics and provide detailed reports.
•  Conduct equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
•  Supervise and motivate the production team.
• Improve processes to eliminate waste, increase efficiency, and enhance material yields.
• Design and implement jigs, fixtures, and standard work instructions.
• Ensure a safe working environment and focus on reducing recordable injuries.
 Job Requirements
•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing (certification preferred).
•  Proven record in improving efficiency and productivity.
• Experience with CNC equipment and woodworking facilities is a plus.
•  Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Excel, and Word.
•  Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
•  2–4 years of relevant experience.
